This research employs the integrative process of sustainable urbanism by applying passive design strategies to promote a neighbourhood lifestyle. A selected in Dubai is analysed and assessed terms its existing achievements regarding sustainability. It does so simulating site’s potential, limitations, characteristics, buildings, transportation status, climate, culture order optimize develop criteria that meet all requirements at different levels for neighbourhood. To permit this, five cooling are applied. The methodology adopted this study assessment implications proposed designs through use Envi-met software simulation.
